Welcome to Talbot Family Law, serving Sudbury Family Law needs since 2003.

At Talbot Family Law we strive to do things differently.  Our office is currently located in the City of Greater Sudbury and situated in the private residences of Lance Carey Talbot.  This is a deliberate choice that allows for maximum flexibility for clients.  In today's business world, it is not uncommon for a website designer, massage therapist or business analyst to work from home.  This applies equally to Family Law.  Our staff work here as well as remotely.  We believe that a home office gives our clients a welcoming sense of ease and confidence.  The same excellent work gets done with a flexibility to have meetings early in the day, on weekends and later in the evening.  We are equally prepared to meet clients in the community where appropriate.  Two offices are possible in Northern and Southern Ontario because we are totally paperless.  The staff work together as a team to prepare materials and engage with clients.  I think you will find that this works.  Working from home and remotely is the way of the future and the future is now.
